Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day).

If you would like your order shipped directly to the giftee, just make sure to use their shipping address during checkout.

* NOTE* If you would like to request Signature Confirmation for your package delivery please select USPS Priority Mail Express as your shipment method during checkout. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail stating that your order has been processed (typically within 24 to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable).

We aim to have your order processed and shipped off within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. If for any reason an order needs to be modified or canceled please notify us within 2 hours of the original purchase time. We begin processing orders within a few hours of receipt as we aim to have your order processed and shipped off in a timely fashion.

If for any reason you have not received your order after 7 business days of the posted shipment date, please email hello@beuteebathandbody.com and we will be happy to sort it out. Please note if a package is not delivered or is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, purchasers are responsible for all costs resulting to re-ship the package.
