Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Please note that due to the nature of our personal care products, your item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please email hello@beuteebathandbody.com to notify us of your request. Once your return is received and inspected, all qualifying refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Refunds are typically posted within 2 business days of package receipt.
